So I have been in a workout funk lately, doing the same 8 weight training exercises and the same cardio workouts day after day, I realized I was not getting any stronger, in fact I had lost some strength. I am not bored with working out, I love to workout but I realized I was just going through the motions and not benefiting from all the time I was spending working out. I need to challenge myself. So hitting a plateau to me is like a road block. What do you do when you come to a road block, you find a new route, well that just what I plan to do.
Just when I was looking for a plan, I got my daily email from Tina at Best Body Fitness and saw that she was offering a Best Body Boot Camp Challenge.
So I signed up……….
