Today’s plans are easy, work, get my hair cut and colored then make dinner and do a load of laundry. It’s all very exciting for a Wednesday I know!
Drinking coffee is not something I drink. I like water and juices, and occasionally a cup of tea. It was not too long ago that I would drink Diet Pepsi like it was water. I did, I was on a 2liter a day kick, until I kicked it to the curb. It’s funny I always focused on what I ate and working out, but I always justified my diet beverages as “well I don’t drink coffee”. Then it hit me how can I do this too myself, this stuff is filled with chemicals.
Giving it up was one of the best things I could do for my self. I purchased a Soda Streamer and went down to 20 ounces a day then I just started using the Soda Streamer to make fizzy water drinks with lemon.
The proof of my addiction was the headaches I got when I started to cut the down, but I endured knowing it was for my health. Well it’s been over 6 months and I don’t even think about it anymore. I’m so glad I finally freed myself.
Some of the things I noticed since I quit other than the money I save is I am not as thirsty as I use to be, I don’t just sip and sip all day, I drink when I need it.
